Free Research Gear
Crafted items for the purpose of learning a new trait will be provided to any guild member without expectation of compensation. Donations are gratefully accepted but not necessary. Members who provide research gear to other guild members will be given a packet of the most expensive trait materials to use for this purpose to keep on hand for filling research gear requests.
Free Training Gear
Guild members may request training gear up to level 40 free of charge. Members who fill training gear requests will have their materials reimbursed by the guild as needed.
Bank Sharing Expectations
Deposits to the guild bank are considered donations, not an auxiliary storage device. Thank you all for your generous support of guild members through these donations!
Withdrawals are expected to be reasonable. As you are taking out motifs and plans, consider whether there are items left for others to share.
If you withdraw a full stack (200) of any material, return of the remainder you are not using is required.
All items withdrawn are expected to be for immediate personal use.
Bank deposit and withdrawal history is under regular review. We love our guild’s generous nature, please help us keep it that way!
Inactivity
After 25 days, mail will be sent in-game notifying a player that their account has been inactive. We will also attempt to reach players in Discord if they have an account connected. Contacting an officer to request leave of absence will waive the inactivity policy.
After 30 days of inactivity, players are sent a notice in-game and are eligible to be removed from the guild. If a former guild member returns to the game and wishes to rejoin the guild, their application will take priority over new members for any open space in the guild.
Behavior
Our guild expressly does not tolerate insulting, disgracing, or demeaning others, and does not tolerate harassing, intimidating, or antagonizing others, and does not tolerate purposefully interfering with others’ gameplay.
Everyone is expected to follow the ESO Code of Conduct.
Getting Help or Reporting an Incident
All guild members are encouraged to contact the guild leader @woodgecko or any of the guild officers to get help or report an incident.
